Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
didn't have time to put it in the slow cooker. boiled the chicken breasts with some onions and celery. meanwhile, sauteed the onions in oil in a pot on stove then added the rest of the ingredients. shredded the chicken and added it to the pot. simmered for about 2 hours. terrific.
