Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I seasoned the pork chops quite a bit and overall the dish was really bland. It has potential, but needs something, maybe some onion soup mix would do the trick. Cooking time was perfect, but I did preboil the potatoes for about 10 minutes.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Parmesan Fondue

This recipe is amazing, very tasty! I recommend also lightly steaming some fresh broccoli and using that to dip along with the french bread.

Baked Chicken on Rice

I will try to make this again, it was good, but VERY salty. The cooking time was perfect, rice and chicken were cooked to perfection. I recommend cutting the amount of onion soup mix to about a 1/4 of what the recipe asks for.
