Ramen Noodle Frittata
My kids loved it!! It really does taste like ramen noodles and eggs but hey those are two things that my kids will actually eat. Good way to add protein to an otherwise starch laden staple.

Barbeque Beef Casserole
I probably won't make this again. Doesn't specify what kind of BBQ Sauce to use. I used Kraft Original but it turned out waaaay too sweet. My husband and kids would not eat it either.

Mojo Grilling Marinade
Delicious!!! I love cilantro and this is a great way to incorporate it into a meal without it being too overpowering.
