I am a happy single mom of one teenage son. We just enjoy life as it comes. B-bque chicken in the oven. My son loves chicken, so he likes to look for easy recipes that he can do with my help. But all time favorite for him is Chili. We are doing a recipe I found soon. It is a five ingredient recipe. My sister and I like to make tamalies during the holiday. And we have recruited some of the men folk. I used to make flour tortillas. But stop for many years. When I finally tried making them again. I couldn't. I tried every recipe I could find. After more than a year of trying. I went to my sisters house with all I needed. And she walked me thru it. She makes awesome tortillas. But she don't make them very often. Now I am very proud of my bubblie delicious tortillas. Make them for me and my son all the time. I made some cookies when I was in my 20's and I followed the recipe to a "T". But when they came out of oven, they were as hard as Eli Mae's (Beverly Hillbillys) hehe. You could hurt some one with them.
