Juicy Roasted Chicken

This chicken was awesome!!!!! sooo juicy... so tender... so tasty!!!! and the skin was nice and crispy! I did not change the recipe at all. The only thing I did was baste it a few times while cooking and after I pulled it out of the oven. Absolutely delish and cannot wait to make it again! ty for a great recipe!

This was so beyond fabulous that I can't even talk about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not change a thing!!!!! I usually leave a long review about how I cooked this dish; however, no works need explain how incredible this dish is. That's all I have to say about that.

OMG! These were the juciest chops I have ever made! I am an excellent cook; however, I am so pork chop challenged! These were fall off the bone fabulous. I did not change a thing! Ty for an awesome recipe!

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

I made this tonight. AMAZING!!!! I only had salmon so I used that. I omitted the butter and used olive oil instead. Didn't have any fresh basil so I used dried. I didn't have any white wine so I substituted lemon juice and capers. Absolutely Fabulous!!! Thank you for a great recipe!!!!

Garlic Herb Skillet Potatoes

These potatoes were absolutely fabulous!!!!! I followed the recipe to the tee and did not change anything! I have made many a pan of sauteed potatoes but this dish by far is the BEST!!!! The fresh herbs and paprika just kicked it! love love love Ty for a great recipe. I served it with Chicken Picatta and steamed brocolli. FABULOUS!!!

Pesto Chicken Florentine

This recipe is Amazing!!!!! I made it tonight while my groomer was here grooming my dogs. I followed the recipe to the tee. The ONLY thing I added was some diced tomatoes for color and flavor. This is one of the BEST dishes I have found on this site. Serve with french bread for dipping and a nice glass of red wine. FABULOUS! Thank you Miner Family for a great recipe!

Bloody Mary Short Ribs

OMG!!!!!!! This dish was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I had to make a couple of changes bc my dutch oven was only 3.1 liters. I followed the recipe exactly except only used 2 cups bloody mary mix, added 4 gloves smashed garlic. Other than that, I made no changes. This is the first recipe that I made in my new Dutch Oven. I served the ribs on the side and other ingredients on top of long grain wild rice with mashed potatoes on the side. I know... 2 starches but hubby wanted the mashed. Absolutely fabulous!!!! Thanks for a great recipe!!!!

Not even close. This recipe needs alot more garlic and more cheese. Even adding the old bay didn't help. I will make this again but tweek it. Good base. ty

I don't give five stars often; however, this recipe is AMAZING!!!!! Do not change a thing! My husband said ... Honey you must be part mexican cuz this is the best I have ever had!!!!!! I also gave some to my co workers and they said the same thing! Don't tweak it.. substitute it or mess with it! It's PERFECT AS IS... TY FOR A GREAT RECIPE!!!!!!

Avocado Chicken Stir-Fry

This is absolutely AWESOME!!! And healthy and easy! Do NOT change a thing when making this dish. My husband said "Honey, this is authentic chinese!!!!" I also brought some to work for my boss who is on weight watchers and she said.. and I quote "IT IS THE BOMB!!!!" I'm going to make this again this weekend! LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!

Flatlander Chili

Absolutely fabulous!!!!!! 10 gold stars to you George! I followed your recipe exactly and did not change a thing.. oh. I did. Instead of tomatoe juice I added a large can of diced tomatoes in juice. I love how you incorporated all of the spices! My husband loved it!!! and kept dipping his spoon in the pot even after he had two bowls!! Awesome chili. Thank you!!! Taking some to my co workers tomm. Cant wait to hear what they have to say!

Aunt Teresa's Chicken

This was an excellent starter recipe. I just happened to buy a package of chicken thighs today. I usually will make a recipe exactly as described; however, I knew when reading this one I had to add some extras. I layered the vegetables just as described; however, I added alot of spices. On top of the chicken I sprinkled oregano, thyme, seasoned salt, pepper, rubbed sage and garlic powder. I mixed the mushroom soup w/ 1/2 cup milk and mixed. I poured the soup over the chicken and cooked for 2 hours and broiled for 8 mins. It was fabulous!!!! Thank you for a great starter recipe!

Black Bean Soup I

I truly do not like to leave bad reviews, and usually do not; however, this soup is really bad. Very bland which was a surprise due to all the spices that were used. I even put a ham hock in the soup and still very blaaa. Sorry

Chicken Pasta Primavera

This was absolutely FABULOUS! It's funny cuz I don't usually like cooked peppers, but this was outstanding! Usually I will tweek a recipe;however, NOT THIS ONE! It was even better the second day for lunch! Plus it was fun to make. I can't wait to make it again. Thanks Joy!

Navy Bean Soup

This soup was very tasty and I really enjoyed making it; however, it was a bit bland and very watery. I doubled the spices and had to use 3 times the amount of potatoe flakes to give it some kind of a consistency. I will make it again with less water. Still an excellent soup. Thank you for a great recipe!

Marinated Flank Steak

I had my butcher cut a beautiful piece of flank steak and followed the receipe exactly! Cooked it 5 mins per side. It was tough and bland. I won't make it again.
