Pumpkin Gingerbread

This was an excellent recipe. I only changed the sugar to 1 1/2 cups white and 1 1/2 brown sugar. I made a loaf in a 9x5 but not sure if I filled it too high but it took mine 1 hour and 45 mins on 325. I had some batter left over so made another 8 x 3 loaf and that one took 1 hour 15 mins, maybe it was because I cooked them at the same time. But really just keep testing it every so often. Thanks for a great recipe.

Shredded Venison Sandwiches

This is our new favorite bbq recipe. We had a lot of venison roast and I am so glad I found this recipe. I'm not a fan of the "wild" flavor and with this recipe you can't taste it at all. Going to try this with a beef roast too, hope it's as good.

Chicken Fried Chicken

I am not a fried chicken eater but this was great. I took other suggestions and added 1 tsp of parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika. I also dipped it as flour, egg, then cracker mixture. This was great! Thanks!

Brown Sugar Smokies

Great flavor. I did take another suggestion by using center cut bacon but it was still greasy but had great flavor. I also dipped the bacon in the brown sugar prior to wrapping. Thanks for the recipe.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

One of my favorites from this site. Made a few adjustments. Used 2 cans of soup, added 1 cup fresh mushrooms and 1/2 cup chopped onion to pork chop dripping, and only baked for 35 mins. Wonderful we absolutely love this recipe. Thanks

Chicken Enchiladas II

Loved it!! I love mexican food and I thought this was great. Took a few suggestions of others and used cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom, used corn tortillas, and omitted the milk and used salsa. Great!! Thanks

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

We loved this recipe. I did take someones suggestion by using dijon mustard and only 1/2 tsp paprika. My family asks me to make this all the time. I do make this every other week. And a plus is that its healthy. Who doesn't love that!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! I did of course make my own changes but used some other suggestion from other reviewers too. I omitted the beer and used 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup port wine. I omitted the celery, used the diced tomatoes with green chiles instead of the green chiles. I cooked this in the morning on low for 2 hours then refrigerated till dinner. I did have to add regular tomato sauce, it was just too thick. And I used brown sugar instead of white. This is the best chili ever!! We make this alot.
