Southwest Chicken Quesadillas
Best to eat this one straight out of the oven. It doesn't take too long for the tortilla to get soggy, so make sure you nom down fast. The taste is top notch.

Modenese Pork Chops
A bit on the salty side, this recipe was still a winner. My wife couldn't get enough of the dish and was angry i only made one serving for each of us.

Asian Barbequed Steak
I was suprised at how sweet this tasted. This is now one of my favorite marinades for a flank steak. The crispy burnt edges are to die for. Definatly try this recipe.
