Modenese Pork Chops
A bit on the salty side, this recipe was still a winner. My wife couldn't get enough of the dish and was angry i only made one serving for each of us.

Asian Barbequed Steak
I was suprised at how sweet this tasted. This is now one of my favorite marinades for a flank steak. The crispy burnt edges are to die for. Definatly try this recipe.

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken
Good dish. Very tastey. Ocassionally a bit too ginger on some bites, but otherwise a great dish.
