Honey Ginger Shrimp

This recipe turned out great. I didn't follow the recipe exactly; I just eyeballed it. I have made it three times and turns out great each time.

This was super easy to make. I love anything that can be made using a slow cooker. I do agree with other posters; I doubled the rub (all except the cinnamon). I think next time i may use just a pinch of cinnamon- even with just 1/4 teaspoon it was still a little over powering. Regardless this was really, really good.

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana

Great!!! I used chicken broth instead of water and spicy Italian sausage it was hearty and spicy. I followed others recommendations and cooked the bacon first, then the onions and garlic. Wonderful, I will be making this again.

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

Very moist, easy to make. I added olive oil to the garlic, rosemary and onions. I added potatos and baby carrots; salt and pepper! I also made an easy gravy (drippings, chicken broth and flour). I will be making this one again.
