Black 'N' White Bean Salad
Everyone I've prepared this for has loved this salad! It's so easy and a perfect summer salad!

Halibut with Zesty Peach Salsa
This was terrific and the whole family LOVED it! I didn't have any orange juice, so I substituted pineapple juice. I also just added in peaches with a fresh salsa - it turned out SO good! Definitely a favorite!!
