Carrot Zucchini Bread

This has NO flavor but perfect texture. If you like white bread, you'll love this. I substituted applesauce for oil, but no one liked it.

Steak House Au Gratin Potatoes

Cheesy, creamy potatoes....this dish is delectable! I made a large batch to serve to family and friends and they turned out perfect! The only change I made was to add a little more salt and pepper as well as to add about 1/4 c. finely chopped sweet onions to the cubed potatoes before covering with the sauce. I would recommend this recipe to anyone!

Great hearty casserole type dish when one has company! We made it with vegetarian sausage and it turned out wonderful. I would add a little more cocoa powder and would possibly add a layer of black beans marinated in red wine vinegar. Served with sour cream...

Best Tuna Casserole

This recipe is tasty and very versatile. I used one "Family sized" mushroom soup and added some milk. Also, I used fresh mushrooms and 1 can of spicy tuna. I also added about an additional 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots. Turned out great!
