Guluptsie (Cabbage Rolls)
My mother-in-law from Poland and I have watched and learned how to make it. Only changes I do are - I use 60% ground beef to 40% ground pork. Basically like what some would use for a meat loaf mixture. Also I brown a chopped onion with about 4-6 slices of bacon and add to the meat/rice mixture. When you boil the cabbage leaves, save the water that it is cooked in and use instead of chicken broth. My mother in law insists on this step! Great to make a day ahead of company and reheat, the flavors are even better :)

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken
Just finished eating this and Yum-O!!! I never know what to do with thighs and this was great. I did not have allspice and I used jarred roasted red peppers, because they were on hand. It seemed fine with the changes. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 was that it seemed like it was missing some heat...I don't know what kind, but a little spice would have been good. Try :)

Alienated Blueberry Muffins
Read more into the reviews after I already made them. They did not "rise" at all. Fell pretty much flat to the top of the liners. The flavor was pretty good, but I had awesome blueberries. Maybe a little too much blueberries. The flour coating does not need that 1/4 cup...just a light dusting. I will try another.
