I normally don't make gravy but was doing a cost comparison for work of fast food mashed potatoes and gravy versus homemade. I chose to make this recipe and it was amazing! Who knew I liked gravy so much? This is a great low fat gravy with lots of flavor. I didn't add the salt because I used store bought stock which already has plenty of salt. And if you're curious, the cost of making the gravy depends almost entirely on the cost of the stock you use. The seasoning and flour cost about $0.05 per 24 servings. Store bought stock varies in price but if you use homemade stock...what a deal.
