Lemon Garlic Tilapia
wow, my first ever fish endeavor and it was fantastic! i used the written ingredients with 5 filets, and only cooked for 10min on 400. i did let them sit covered for a while before eating so they probably cooked a little more in the pan. i am impressed and so is hubby :)

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles
absolutely fabulous! no orzo at my store though :( so i used bowtie pasta, worked fine. loved the spinach, adds some color and fiber, good stuff. tried it with shrimp and it came out funny, the shrimp had a weird fishy smell and really didn't absorb the flavors well.........hmmmm

Brownie Mix
its ok, a little too cake like for me.....i made the walnut brownies with this mixture....thought the shortening was a little weird tho, maybe leave it out, and add oil when u actually make them??
