Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties
I LOVED THESE! I had read where others had trouble getting the patties to stick together. My suggestion would be to add more oats until the mixture is thicker. Then, when frying, it is important to wait until a good crust has formed on the bottom of the patty before turning it. The first patty I turned, I did too early, and I had trouble with it falling apart on me. I then waited to turn the others and had no problem. These patties were flavorful and my 18-month-old ate his portion with no complaints!

Creamy Corn Couscous
I made this recipe for my husband, 18 month old son and myself. My husband is very picky and would prefer to eat plain chicken and either a plain potatoe or corn EVERYDAY! He initially balked at the texture, but only because he's never had couscous before. He really liked this and even got seconds! My son took one bite, looked at me and said "yummy, mama!" I'd definitley make this again. However, it really needed salt and black pepper to be more flavorful.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
This chili was really, really good! My only problem was that it wasn't soupy enough for me. So, instead of draining the beans, I added the beans with their juice. It worked alright. In the future, I'd add a bit more water to the pot. Other than that, it was excellent!
