I have been cooking ever since I remember. It has always been a passion : ) I love to cook Lebanese food and other Mediterranean cuisine. Thanksgiving. We make the All-American turkey and eat it with Lebanese side dishes...I wouldn't have it any other way : ) Making homemade pasta and pasta sauce when I was 12 years old...hahaha...my mom didn't appreciate the mess in the kitchen... Ooh I have too many to name, but I keep trying!
