I tried this recipe for the first time on Thanksgiving, and was very nervous about not doing the "traditional" soup recipe for the green beans. I have to say that this recipe is so much more flavorful than the traditional recipe and I will never go back. Even my husband who is not big on green beans said it was excellent and had seconds!! The only change I made was using the fried onions on top instead of the crackers.

This was excellent. Made the recipe as it was written with no changes and everyone in my house loved it. The potatoes were wonderful and a great compliment to the chicken. Thanks for a great new recipe!!
