Chicken Tortilla Soup V
Add a can of green chiles and some black beans. I cooked frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot for a few hours then added the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer for about 4 hours. I shredded the chicken just before serving and added it back to the mix. Very tasty.

Frozen Crescent Rolls
I use this recipe to make mini pigs in a blanket appetizers. Make up the dough (change the servings to 32), then roll it out into several 6 inch circles about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 8 wedges. Starting at the wide end roll up a 'little smokies' sausage into each one. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 15 minutes or until done . They are fun and easy and a tasty snack.

Easy Chocolate Banana Cake
Great base recipe. I used a Devil's Food cake mix and 2 over-ripe bananas. I left out the chocolate chips (I didn't have any on hand). I baked two 9 inch round cakes and made a layered cake with chocolate frosting. It made a delightful birthday cake.
