This was so good! At first I thought it didn't sound that great because I'm not a big mustard fan. But I had a bought salmon at Costco and had a ton of it! We had already grilled it, teriyakied it and we still had more salmon! So since my husband likes dijon I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. It was so easy and so delicious I couldn't believe it! I did at a little sprinkle of garlic powder before I spread on the mustard. But that's it. Just delicious!

These cookies are so oily! I had to drain them on papertowels for an hour before I served them! They tasted ok, but they were definitely too greasy. I will not be making these again!
