Triple-Cheese Broccoli Puff
This is not nor anywhere near a souffle. At best it can be compared to a quiche. It definitely needs spicing up. It's pretty bland. I don't understand the cottage cheese at all. I'd suggest using fresh broccoli as an alternative to frozen. Overall not very impressive as a breakfast casserole.

Meat Lover's Pizza Bake
Sorry to be so negative. I think you're better off just going to the frozen food section of the grocery store and buying a frozen pizza. It was like mushed up, soggy pizza.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
This was so good! At first I thought it didn't sound that great because I'm not a big mustard fan. But I had a bought salmon at Costco and had a ton of it! We had already grilled it, teriyakied it and we still had more salmon! So since my husband likes dijon I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. It was so easy and so delicious I couldn't believe it! I did at a little sprinkle of garlic powder before I spread on the mustard. But that's it. Just delicious!
