I love to cook big holiday /family get-together meals.My favorite foods are down home,country cooking that satifies the palate as well as the soul. It's comfort foods all the way for me.The deserts are delicious and special,and as soul pleasing as it is taste pleasing.If you're worried about your waistline,eat somewhere else.I eat what I want,when I want it. I will spare nothing to accomplish the taste I'm craving.I don't claim to be anything special in the kitchen.I have no special talents that I am aware of.I just know that what I like to eat,and how I like it to taste, usually turns out to be very well liked by those eating with me.I love learning new techniques and sharing helpful hints and tips with my family and friends.I love teaching my grandaughters in the kitchen.And success defined by me,is when one of my children calls me up and asks me how to fix something,especially if it is somethihng I came up with on my own.I love to see my kids continue traditions that I started.
