Clone of a Cinnabon
I tried these last New Years Day. The flavors of both the bun and icing were terrific, and the buns rose well, but I had trouble getting them baked through. The edges were done nicely, and would have been overcooked had I kept them in any longer. But the whole center part was still pretty raw dough. Any suggestions here?! I would like to try them again sometime...
