Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
Absolutely delicious!!! I recommend the folling cooking instructions: 1- Tenderize the meat(use a press or a mallet and just pound it evenly) 2- cook/grill the steaks on a low heat (225-250 degrees) for 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like your steak ( 30 min for rare, 2 hrs for well done). Finally, if you prefer a crispy texture on the outside, broil each side of your steak for 5 minutes or until crispy! If you are grilling with charcoal, be sure to have a section on the grill with a higher intensity heat, somewhere are the 550 degree mark. trust me when i say, this well be the most tender cut you have ever eaten!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
absolutely amazing! I used Cheese & Garlic Flavored croutons as breading and it was fabulous. I still can't believe how tender the chicken was! This recipe is indeed a keeper!
