Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos
My husband LOVED these nachos. The first time i cubed the chicken rather than shredded, and then shredded the next time and it was so much better. I also added black beans, olives and jalapenos. I also made my own taco seasoning mix which is so much better than the package. With a little sour cream and guacamole on top it was better than a restaurant in my opinion. Cheaper too!
