I really enjoyed this. It has ingredients that I usually have on hand so it's super easy to throw together on those crazy day. Loved the spicy kick. I gave it 4 stars because my husband wasn't as crazy about it as I was, but he still thought it was good.

This is so easy and delicious! Nice that it's not completely from scratch but still homemade so it nothing like a can. Great for mom's who don't have time to spend all day making a completely from scratch soup. I used bouillon cubes instead of canned broth and it was great. Loved this during the cold winter months.

My husband LOVED these nachos. The first time i cubed the chicken rather than shredded, and then shredded the next time and it was so much better. I also added black beans, olives and jalapenos. I also made my own taco seasoning mix which is so much better than the package. With a little sour cream and guacamole on top it was better than a restaurant in my opinion. Cheaper too!
