not only was this a totally awsome pasta, that I've made time and time again, but I just used the tomato mixture as a topping for the best Bruschetta EVER!!!!

LOVED IT! The easiest and best Irish Soda Bread recipe ever! I didn't add raisins or currants, and it was fantastic just plain. I'll be making this again next St. Patrick's Day! Thanks for a super easy, yummy recipe!

This was great! I did not use the pie crust as others had mentioned, and it turned out fabulous. My 5 year old loved it, and it's hard to get him to eat meat. We made this for St Patty's Day dinner with "Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread" (the best recipe ever) with a spinach salad on the side. Yum! thanks for a great recipe!
