Sweet and Spicy Almonds
Absolutely delicious!!! I followed the recipe exactly, and these are simply the best almonds I've ever had. Don't change a thing!!!

Summer Pasta with Basil, Tomatoes and Cheese
not only was this a totally awsome pasta, that I've made time and time again, but I just used the tomato mixture as a topping for the best Bruschetta EVER!!!!

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
LOVED IT! The easiest and best Irish Soda Bread recipe ever! I didn't add raisins or currants, and it was fantastic just plain. I'll be making this again next St. Patrick's Day! Thanks for a super easy, yummy recipe!
