Easy Lasagna II
Not perfect but definately will go into my regular rotation. Quick and easy to prepare. Good taste and texture. I added a little more liquid and baked about 10 minutes longer. Thanks so much for the post.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
Good flavor but a bit on the salty side. I would recommend using more water as my beef turned out dry. Next time I will cut the regular and onion salt in half.

Veronica's Apple Pancakes
Quick and easy change of pace pancake recipe. I used Bisquick instead of flour and it turned out great. The added fiber and vitamins from the apple make it a bit less of a guilty indulgence.
