these cookies were great! The only thing is that I would definately at a little more spice. I did what anotehr user said like 1 teaspoon ginger and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. If/when I make them again i would probably double the pumpkin pie spice and more ginger. I also am thinking about using actual pumpkin pie mix rather than pure pumpkin. would that make a consistancy difference?

these cookies turned out great! this is definately a no brainer recipe with perfect results everytime..i had to triple the recipe and nothing went wrong! the truley are a grreat chewy cookie. My onnly suggestion would be to make sure you use really good quality coconut flakes. as organic as possible. I unfortunately did not and they tasted a little more "processed' than i would prefer but nonetheless still delicious :)

I was baking for 60-70 guests and searched long and hard for a chocolate chip cookie recipe that would not dissapoint..it seems as though I have not found it yet. I followed the recipe exactly and they still came out flat as paper. The only thing I did change was that I added walnuts which i had read some of the other people added and they turned out fine so I do not know what went wrong.
