I am a diabetic and had to learn the right way to eat and cook in my forties. I love experimenting with foods and flavours. Like most men I love to BBQ but with the winters here I also had to do more indoors. I am currently experimenting with the vegan styles of cooking and have found some wonderful recipes here. Eggplant Parmesan (vegan style) with German Apple cake for desert. My friends loved it and I found it delicious.
