Fresh Rhubarb Bread Pudding

This was good, but bread pudding is something that just shouldn't be messed with. Although, if you are really into rhubarb, you will love it.

HOLY COW! This is delicious!!! Kinda like coffee cake with a kick. I acquired about 5lbs of rhubarb, so I'm trying out a bunch of different recipes and I'm definitely making another cake... maybe two more. ps. i used the vinegar and milk mixture and it was fine. i was a bit scared because my cake doesn't look good (i may have done the topping wrong. i don't think you're suppose to melt the butter. oops.) but the look was deceiving. did i mention it's delicious!

Slightly Spicy Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were a nice surprise. I added some ginger and it didn't really need it, but it complemented the other flavors. It confused people when I told them they were spicy, but everyone loved them. Definitely worth trying.

FREAKING DELICIOUS!!! I wanted a soft chocolate chip cookie and this was it. The shortening makes a huge difference.

These are rather tasty, but a slight disappointment if you are wanting a traditional chocolate chip cookie. Definitely worth trying though.

Polvorones de Canele (Cinnamon Cookies)

I made these for work and everyone said they were fantastic and melt in your mouth. It's weird to think a cookie could melt in your mouth but it's true. They do. I made one batch and the housemates and I ate them all, so I made a double batch and they were a bit different (odd that doubling would change anything) but still good. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 is because they're not something I would want all the time, but they are delicious!

Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies

These are delicious! I signed my housemate up for the peanut butter of the month club, so we had several different kinds of peanut butter. I mixed about three and also added a bit of Nutella. Even the batch I accidentally burned a bit were tasty.

Butter Cookies II

I just made these yesterday and they are nearly gone. I've always loved butter cookies so when I saw this recipe and all of the great reviews I had to try it and it's perfect. My dough was a bit dry (could be our extremely dry climate here in WY) so I added about a tablespoon more butter and that helped. I also accidentally browned a batch, but even those were delicious!

I accidentally burned it a little but it was still incredibly delicious! We also used ground turkey which smells very bad but tastes great.

Banana Banana Bread

This was delicious! I always take suggestions from the other comments and it seems to work great. Instead of a loaf, I made muffins because I always hate how that one end that is being cut get a little crusty. We didn't even need to put butter on them because they were so good. My housemate had some extremely ripe bananas laying on the counter (and apparently eats them that way) but she didn't mind that I used her bananas because the muffins turned out so well. Thanks!
