Outstanding! Moist and flavorful. My very picky fiance has now claimed this as his fav fish. I did as well. Used red wine vinegar and lemon, I am sure either way is delicious. Served with butter lettuce salad w/balsamic vinegar dressing and a side of broccoli.

The rosemary gave it great flavor, but the sauce was just too sweet and not for me and the family. Will definitely make again, but with mods to the sauce.

Loved this decadent meal, and so did the family. Will be a regular now. I made the sauce richer by adding 1.5 bars of cream cheese and doubled the Italian dressing pack as others had mentioned it might be bland. Also used organic fresh chicken breasts that I shredded w/ two forks after two hours. Stood out as great winter warming recipe!
