No-Cream Pasta Primavera
Outstanding flavor with awesome nutrition! Grape tomatoes really roast up soooo sweet. Used a bit more oil & cheese. All four of us loved this, including one non veggie eater. Cut your veggies as specified, the cut makes them cook up & roast just right. Primavera means spring in the Romance languages, and this dish lives up to that. Served with Ginger glazed Mahi Mahi, wowed everyone.

E-Z Marinated Swordfish
Outstanding! Moist and flavorful. My very picky fiance has now claimed this as his fav fish. I did as well. Used red wine vinegar and lemon, I am sure either way is delicious. Served with butter lettuce salad w/balsamic vinegar dressing and a side of broccoli.

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf
The rosemary gave it great flavor, but the sauce was just too sweet and not for me and the family. Will definitely make again, but with mods to the sauce.
