Apple Banana Cupcakes
Yum. I'm an expert cook & baker, but I never made banana apple cupcakes b4. Used 4 organic bananas (as they were going bad) and 1 granny smith apple shredded. Used veg oil (not shortening) and nutmeg too. OMG My hubby loved loved! moist & still good 4 days later. Made cream cheese frosting but didn't need frosting. Took to work & went over fab. Will definitely make soon again.

Glazed Ham
Made this on New Year's Day & am making it tomorrow. I inadvertently meant to buy a baked smoked ham & just use the honey baked ham recipe on this site to make it but I erred & bought a raw ham on New Year's Eve! Oh vey. The next day I made this (using the other honey baked ham glaze w/brown sugar rather than dark corn syrup) and it was the best ever! I hated ham b4 but now I love it. I can't wait to run to the store to get a ham today. I slow roasted at 275 a 10 lb raw ham using a temp guage & then used other recipet once baked to "honey bake" it for 1 1/2 hours on high temp. II am an excellent cook (pro actually) but shyed away from hams but that ha now changed. I used leftovers (although my husband and I didnt leave that much leftovers0 for scalloped potatoes - cheese soup w ham & others.

Honey Glazed Ham
I am new to this site but cannot stop now searching for recipes! Now everyone considers me a great chef but I don't work in a restaurant - only at home. I made this on New Year's Day and it was fantastic and I don't even like ham at all but now I love it. I used an electric roaeter oven - used organic honey - didn't have the syrup so followed the reviewers advice & also used foil under ham to keep from ruining my roaster. Bought an uncooked ham (this was the first time I bought a ham & shopped on new year's eve so erred in my haste - I tried to avoid spiral hams & managed to do that. I used the other recipe on this site due to it being raw for slow roasted ham (took about 5 or more hours) - 275 deg. and put honey & cloves on the ham b4 slow roasting. Basted every hour -- then turned up the heat & followed this recipe for last hour & 1/2 +. Made 10 lb ham. It was the best ever - moist soft - better than honey baked ham store! It was just my husband and me but w/in 4 days we ate the whole ham! Used leftovers in lots of casserole & scalloped potatoes. I am making it for Easter tomorrow! can't wait
