Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks
What a fantastic, easy dish! Like others, I didn't use the full amount of salt. Since I didn't have any cayenne pepper on hand, I used lemon pepper instead. Can't wait to try it with the cayenne next time.

Rosemary Pesto-Crusted Lamb Steaks
This was fantastic! I did 3.5 mins on each side for a 1" steak and it came out a beautiful medium rare. The only change I made was I didn't have parsley, so I substituted dried thyme. Next time, I'll try basil from my garden.

Roasted Rack of Lamb
Just wow. I used extra-strong dijon, so was a little nervous on how it would turn out, but it was fabulous. My husband is still raving about it, and we had it last night!
