Roasted Rack of Lamb
Just wow. I used extra-strong dijon, so was a little nervous on how it would turn out, but it was fabulous. My husband is still raving about it, and we had it last night!

Stuffed Baby Yorkies
My husband and I love this dish. Thanks to the suggestions of the other reviews, I used half the amount of oil. So far, I've used leftover beef roast and pork roast as filler -- it's worth the smoky oven for the results.

Blueberry Buckle
Simply WOW!!! Easy recipe with fantastic results. I followed the recipe exactly, and my husband couldn't get enough. Warm with some vanilla ice cream made for an incredible dessert; just by itself is going to be breakfast. Thank you for sharing your grandmother's recipe -- it's definitely going into my rotation.
