Baked French Toast
This is a great treat for special occasions, it was a bit of a process to put together but it turned out quite tasty. Compliments to ANTLALA!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
I tried this recipe several months ago and have made it twice since then. Love the sweet potato and kidney bean combo. I eat a lot of black beans so the the kidney beans were a nice change from the ordinary.

Suzanne's Spinach Quiche
This quiche was delicious - I used non-fat yogurt and think it was key to the perfect consistency.
