Tuna Noodle Casserole I
Needed more spices, didn't really have much flavor. I also doubled the amount of tuna, but it still didn't seem like enough for my bunch. Also a little dry, so next time will double the amount of sauce mixture. We enjoyed it very much though.

Sausage and Broccoli Skillet
I doubled the broccoli, and it could've used a little more sausage, but I may have used more pasta than was called for. Everybody loved it

Easy Mexican Casserole
Was delicious, I would just add a few more spices, and add maybe some chopped green chilies to the mix. I forgot the tomatoes, but everybody still loved it, said was a keeper
