Glazed Dijon Carrots
Maybe I shouldn't be rating this because I feel like I must've done something wrong it turned out so bad. I just doubled everything, the glaze smelled so awful I didn't even bother putting it on the carrots. I think maybe too much dijon mustard, but not sure.

Four Cheese Macaroni
Awesome. Like everyone else, I doubled the shredded cheese (not the Velveeta), upped to 2 cups of half-and-half, and omitted eggs. Turned out perfect.

Cherry Glazed Ham
Pretty good, but I made the mistake of getting an uncooked ham and just putting the glaze on the last 15 minutes. The glaze didn't really add to the ham much at all.
