I absolutely loved this, my husband on the other hand didn't care for it. He had never had capers before he rated it a 1. I think that may be an acquired taste.

Eggplant Au Gratin

I love the eggplant much better this way than breaded. Bertucci's does not bread their Eggplant Parm, and now I can make it that way on my own. The key now is getting the right kind of sauce! Thank you,

Eggplant Parmesan II

Ever since I had Eggplant Parm from Bertucci's and they don't bread the eggplant, I don't seem to like it breaded anymore. I also didn't care for the sauce I used.

Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic

This would have been good had I not used the whole amount of salt(1 Tblsp, it was so salty I could barely eat it. I am sorry to rate it a 1, but I find it bvest to rate against the original recipe than to rate it based on alterations.

Cabbage and Pasta

Rock Salt Roast Prime Rib

A prime rib roast provided you didn't overcook it is generally a very juicy roast naturally. This recipe was ok, but I did feel it was a waste of so much mustard, and rock salt. The creamy horseradish sauce I wasn't fond of at all. But thanks for giving me something new to try!
