Apricot Pork Tenderloin

I liked this the first time I made it however the second time I did not like it at all. Not sure if it is the size pan I used or not but by the time it was done cooking it was practically covered in juices. I prefer my meat a liitle drier and crispy on the edges but moist inside.

This was good, but it was way too much cream cheese for me and I would have thought the cream cheese would have softened and melted throughout but it stayed in the big clumps.

Garlic Green Beans

Not a huge fan of green beans, so if I was to cook them again I would definitely try this again. Though I don't buy canned vegetables so I used frozen not sure how much of a difference that makes :)

I have never had this before and I wasn't at all fond of the taste which I guess depends on what you are accustomed to, but I will also say I cooked as directed and this turned out to be the dryest piece of meat I had ever cooked.

Figured I'd try a new recipe given the great reviews. Sorry, I would have to say I prefer the salsa I typically use in my Chili which has chunky tomatoes, beans and corn in it.

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

I did not care for this recipe. Consistency was that of a custardy bread pudding. Perhaps it was because I programmed my slowcooker to shut off and just switch to warm after 5-6 hours, but I made this purposely knowing I had to work all day, and then head straight to a baseball game. Will never make this again.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

My husband thought these were good, but I think the marshmallows and orange juice completely ruined these. Sorry, I guess I am just a fan of a deliciously baked sweet potatoe :)
