Charline's Sweet Potato Casserole
the recipe does not say how to prepare the sweet potatoes and you can't mash them raw, so we put them in the blender and then they were too mushy when they came out of the oven, the taste was great though

the pears compliment this very well, i will be making my sweet potatoes like this from now on

Pumpkin Dip
easy to make, tastes just like a pumpkin pie, but i will find something besides ginger snaps to go with it
