This chowder was outstanding!! I had to tweak it a little. I used 2 cans of creamed corn, 1 can of sweet corn, 1 cup of chicken stock and 1 cup of water. I used frozen Ore Ida southewest potatoes. I added already crumbled bacon, and sauteed the onions and potatoes together. I added a little garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. My family loved it! I will definitely make this again! Great for cold nights! I need to double the recipe for my family of 7!!!
