Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
This was wonderful. It was my first time cooking something with leek...yumm. Mushrooms gave it a good flavor also. Definately a keeper.

Spaghettini Chicken
This was really good. Great for cold weather. Used mini bow-tie pasta and a bag of pre-washed baby spinach instead. My kids loved it.
