I live in Mesa, Az.year round. I work at Valle Del Oro RV Resort,I am the supervisor for the Courtesy Patrol and Main Gate Personel. I really like my job. Getting to meet people from all over the states. As we call them "Snow Birds" down here. I also like to try different kinds of foods, always ready to try something different. I really do like stir fry veg's.more than anything. also like real simple meals to make when I get off work. I have different kinds of herbs in my back yard under the orange tree.
My favorite things to cook
I guess I answered this part of my profile in the first part. favorite foods are stir fry veg's, easy to fix meals, love seafood especially shrimp. and I cannot leave the pasta alone. like different salads too.
My cooking tragedies
Years ago when my girls were home I decided to make some creamed carrots, by the time I got thru with them I couldn't even eat them, they were so thick with flour,they tasted worse then wall paper. to this day I have never made creamed carrots again.
