This was fantastic, although I found the Oreo crust to be a bit too rich for my taste. I might use fewer cookies next time to make the crust a little thinner. The layers set nicely, though, and the final product was delicious!

Chocolate Bliss Caramel Brownies

These were delicious. Great texture, but I think I would do the caramel differently next time. I think I'll chop up bits of caramel and put them in the batter before baking rather than spreading it on top. It was a little too messy.

Easter Surprise Cupcakes

Chocolate did drop to the bottom of the cupcake and I think it's because the cake recipe isn't very dense. This might work better with a different cake recipe. Another "surprise" you can add to the center of the cupcake is a scoop of cookie dough. It comes out pretty good.

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Absolutely delicious recipe! I changed up the vegetables to adjust for what I had...I used sun-dried tomatoes instead of plum tomatoes, and I added spinach and broccoli in place of the shallots and mushrooms. The sauce is amazing...I'll definitely have to consider cooking with champagne again!

PHILLY Blackforest Stuffed Cupcakes

These are yummy, but a bit tricky to make correctly. It's difficult to get the right ratio of cake batter, cream cheese mixture, and cherries without making the cupcakes too large. These were a bit messy to eat, but I would definitely make them again. They are tasty!

Strawberry Pizza

This is fantastic!! I recommend following the recipe as it is written rather than using strawberry jam. It is not hard and it's soooo good! :)

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Easy Mexican Casserole

This was fantastic!! So elegant...my husband was very impressed. Great flavors. The only change I made was to use pesto instead of the cream sauce because I prefer it.

The Best Thai Peanut Sauce

A bit thick for my liking, so I added water to thin it out. Also, I personally think it could use more spice, so I added more hot sauce.

Quick Spinach-Ricotta Calzones

Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones

These were amazing!! I didn't have yogurt, so I substituted sour cream with a touch of honey, and I added extra lemon zest to make up for the flavor. The glaze was delicious. All of my guests were raving and I sent one of them home with the recipe.
