Best Ever Caramel Apple Crisp
This is awesome stuff!! I doubled the flour, lemon juice and cinnamon. Then I drizzled caramel ice cream syrup over the apples, put the topping on and drizzled more caramel over that instead of making the sauce listed in the recipe. This HAS to be served with vanilla ice cream!

Fish Chowder
Awesome! Changes I made were omitted mushrooms, 2 celery stalks, 2 flounder filets (will use more next time), 1tsp Old Bay (will use more next time) 1 can of clams & reserved juice which was 1/2C to mix with flour. I added 1/2C chicken broth to clam juice to total 1C to mix with the flour. Instead of evap milk I used 16oz of 2% milk. This was smooth, creamy and rich without having to use heavy cream. The taste was better than most I have had in restaurants and this will definitely be in heavy rotation at our house.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
Excellent! I doubled the sauce using 4TBS flour, 3C beef broth (made from bouillon) and left out the sherry. Such a simple and quick meal with a lot of taste. Will be added to my regular cooking rotation. Served with the classic sides of green beans and homemade mashed potatoes.
