Fish Chowder
Awesome! Changes I made were omitted mushrooms, 2 celery stalks, 2 flounder filets (will use more next time), 1tsp Old Bay (will use more next time) 1 can of clams & reserved juice which was 1/2C to mix with flour. I added 1/2C chicken broth to clam juice to total 1C to mix with the flour. Instead of evap milk I used 16oz of 2% milk.
This was smooth, creamy and rich without having to use heavy cream. The taste was better than most I have had in restaurants and this will definitely be in heavy rotation at our house.
