recipe was great except the sundried tomatoes. they never seemed to get done and the recipe was just as good, if not better, with diced tomatoes.

this was a great recipe. I did do as others suggested and added 2 cups of whipping cream and 1 cup of broth to make extra sauce. I wanted to simmer the chicken and noodles together for a while so its not necessary. Next time I think I will leave out the sun dried tomatoes and do with a can of diced. I got rave reviews on this one from the family and we almost didn't have enough!

i followed the recipe as written except for adding rosemary and basil to the brine. This turkey was the best I have ever made by far. My kids have asked for it every night since Thanksgiving!
