World's Best Lasagna
Absolutely the best lasagna I've ever made. We have a great authentic italian restaurant nearby that my husband loves and always orders lasagna - after I made this recipe he said we won't be going back to the restaurant! Definitely simmer the sauce as long as you can, and I added some red wine I had leftover, gave it extra flavour. I layered it with 2 cups of the sauce instead of 1 1/2 cups, and there was still plenty of sauce leftover, might do 2 1/2 cups next time.
