There was just something missing from this dish. The only thing I changed was to use hot italian sausage instead of sweet. I have more leftovers then I know what to do with. Will not be repeating this recipe.

This was excellent. Would only have been better had I had ice cream to serve with it. It is not a cake but a cobbler but I knew that from the reviews and from reading the recipe. "That is as good as anything you will ever buy" - quote from my husband. It was runny when I served it but it was still hot from the oven and firmed slightly when it cooled.

This was great for a cold windy day. My husband says I can make this again. The only change I made was to use fresh mushrooms. Also I was a little heavy on the hot sauce, using more then the recipe called for and felt the burn. I am going to make this for my company next month.
