I liked that the cookies were crispy on the outside, chewy in the inside but these had a more cake-like texture and I like my cookies to be more dense. They were quick and easy to make but I think I will stick with my old chocolate chip cookie recipe.

I modified this recipe slightly. I used the whole egg, used half white sugar, half brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips because I didn't have the normal ones. I liked how these turned out but they are not the best muffins I have ever had. They were a little rubbery but I would still make them again. Next time I might try just using the whites but I didn't want to waste the yolks. I also would not recommend using mini chocolate chips. I definitely like it better with normal sized chips. Overall a good recipe but falls short of great.

This cake was a hit with my family. It was nice and moist and the frosting was the best part. I had the fun size milky way bars not the normal size bars and 14 of the fun size bars are equal to 8 of the normal bars the recipe calls for.
