Decorator Frosting
I found this a little thin. I added more confectioners sugar until it was the thickness I wanted. Over-all a good sugar cookie frosting. Hardened after about ten minutes (longer on the cookies I applied thicker frosting to). Not too sweet and it tastes good!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken
If I could rate highly than 5, I would! This is Heavenly! I changed the recipe slightly. I didn't have any minced garlic so i used some minced onion and garlic powder. I did not measure the lemon juice I just poured some in the pan (I love lemon flavor!). I used the thick boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut a slit in each; put the cream cheese and cheddar cheese slices inside the chicken and used toothpicks to hold it shut. I dipped it in the milk and breadcrumbs and then poured the garlic, onion, lemon mixed over top the chicken in the baking pan. I cooked it for 45 minutes and IT IS WONDERFUL! Serve it with stuffing, mashed potatoes, and garlic & cheese biscuits and you have the best meal ever! My whole family loves it and you smell garlic throughout the house! Thanks for the great recipe, I will definately be making this again many times!

Gingerbread Cookies
This is the best gingerbread cookie recipe I've found. I made a couple changes, used butter instead of shortening, and for the dark molasses I used 1 1/4 cup Grandma's Original Molasses and a 1/4 cup Grandma's Robust Molasses (to give it a little kick). I cooked them for exactly 10 minutes. They are wonderful. Even my 5 year old said they were good! And thats before adding the frosting! I give a five star rating! Great! Will make again for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Oh, and they are great dipped in Eggnog too!
