Honey Garlic BBQ Sauce II
My wife and I really like this BBQ sauce recipe. It's refreshing to find a recipe that isn't vinegar based, without being too sweet. The one change that I make is to follow another's advice, and leave out the thickening agents (butter and corn starch). By simply simmering the sauce for an extra hour or so, you get the same thickness, and save on extras that you don't need.

Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts
Very good , easy chicken recipe. I used ground ginger, and a little bit more hot sauce than the recipe called for (about an extra 1/4 tsp), but had no issues. I took the marinade and made a sauce by adding about 1/8 cop of water, and heating it until boiling for about 30 seconds. Pouring this over the rice and chicken saved the minced garlic (my wife and I love garlic), and it kept the chicken a little more flavorful and moist. Overall, a very good meal. Thanks!

Squash Dip
I made a smaller version, with a golden nugget squash, and it was terrific. I'm making it with a turban squash as the serving bowl for Thanksgiving. Hopefully it will still be as good.
