Too Much Chocolate Cake
excellent! i made a three layer cake using 8" pans and used strawberry preserves between the layers, then topped it with ganache. INCREDIBLE! i used it for a bridal shower i hosted and there was none left at the end! it was a huge hit.

Chicken Piccata II
this recipe was excellent! i used fresh bass instead of chicken. the key is to get the meat nice and browned before adding the sauce.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
excellent! i use chocolate graham crackers. be sure to wrap your foil tightly. fyi- put in your vanilla, stir, then put in your flour- if the vanilla hits the flour it will create lumps impossible to get rid of. MAKE SURE ALL THE DAIRY IS AT ROOM TEMP. otherwise you wont get the creamy texture.
