excellent! i use chocolate graham crackers. be sure to wrap your foil tightly. fyi- put in your vanilla, stir, then put in your flour- if the vanilla hits the flour it will create lumps impossible to get rid of. MAKE SURE ALL THE DAIRY IS AT ROOM TEMP. otherwise you wont get the creamy texture.
