Fluffy Pancakes
Loved it! I can somehow always screw up pancakes. But not this one. I did exchange butter for the shortening and I added some almond extract. I also added some strawberries to half the batch. Mmmm...

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie
A little too light for me. At least mine was;I used fresh pumkin puree. Could be a little more dense. I made real whipped cream to go on it. Yum!!
