Wiener Schnitzel
I don't use flour--it is very tasty and crisper with just bread crumbs! also, the first side of the schnitzel cooks slower (around 2-3 minutes) on medium heat (the oil should sizzle when you put the meat in). However, when you flip the schnitzel it cooks much faster! so reduce the heat before you flip so it can cook a good 1-2 minutes. i use plain bread crumbs and put all my seasoning in to the egg (garlic powder, onion powder, herbes de provence/or italian seasoning, salt, pepper). delicious!!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries
Very good! I baked. I soaked the uncooked fries in cold sugar water for 4 hours first (heat a small glass of water and stir in 1/3 c sugar, then add cold h20). then drained the cut fries before cooking. My seasoned mixture was equal amounts of oil, h20, paprika, 3 tbsp flour, salt, garlic powder, and basil. tossed in a plastic bag. Baked for 50 minutes, tossed fries every 15 minutes, and added oil as needed. very tasty!

Grandma's Butter Noodles
This recipe is amazing! One of the very best I've tried at all recipes. The whole family loved these noodles. They have so much flavor. I rolled them out as thin as possible, and then cut them in to strips. Then boiled them in water with sea salt. Everyone helped themselves to the noodles and poured home made chicken soup and veggies in their bowls. The leftover noodles were kept seperate from the broth, just covered them in seran wrap in the fridge and they tasted just as yummy the next day--and still al dente. A huge keeper! I am going to make a big batch now to store in the freezer!
