Bacon-Potato Burritos

If I were to make these again, I would start cooking the eggs, then add the potatoes to them, instead of adding the eggs to the potatoes. It tasted good, but the appearance left something to be desired. All in all, an ok recipe. Which makes me sad, because I really wanted to love this one...

Easy Lemon Cookies

Very good! Fast and tasty! Just what they promised to be, yummy lemon cookies! They do taste slightly like fruit loops, but if you like fruit loops, it isnt a problem! I am making these as I type this, to send to my hubby in Iraq. Also am going to try some with devil's food choc. cake mix. YUM!

Bread Pudding II

I just finished making 2 pans of this for breakfast. I didn't have any day old bread(or any bread at all haha) but we made a HUGE batch of belgium waffles yesterday, and I tore up those to use! It was so yummy, everyone, even the picky ones loved it. I will definitaly be making this again...Oh, and I used some almond extract mixed with vanilla, and it was so good! Added a nice flavor.

Country Chicken Casserole

This was just wonderful! Comfort food at its finest! My 12 year old sister asks me to make this all the time! It's been a while since I've made this, but I'll be making it tonight! I use 2 cans of soup, btw, and colby-jack cheese instead of american.
